Refund policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact service@boutstix.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a refund. In order to be eligible for a refund, your items must be returned in the original packaging, in unopened and unused condition. Once we receive your return, we will evaluate its condition.

If it is determined that the return is re-sellable, the product is returned to our inventory and the customer is eligible for a full refund (less shipping charges and a $2 restocking fee). Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

If it is determined that the return is unsellable (defective or damaged), and we determine that the damage was caused by the customer, the customer will not receive a refund.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can only offer a refund on products that are returned to our warehouse.

Damaged Items

If the items in your order happen to be defective or damaged when you receive them, please contact service@boutstix.com so we can exchange your product. Be sure to include your order number in the subject line so we can resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

Wholesale & Amazon Refund Policy

Please note that we can only process refunds for products that were purchased through boutstix.com. If you purchased BoutStix from one of our Wholesale partners, please refer to their refund policy.

If you purchased BoutStix from Amazon, you may return your items to Amazon within 30 days of receiving your order. Upon receiving your return, Amazon will evaluate its condition. If it is determined that the return is re-sellable, the product is returned to our inventory and the customer is eligible for a refund. If it is determined that the return is unsellable (defective or damaged), Amazon will assess who caused the damage (Amazon or the customer) and decide if the customer is eligible for a refund.
