Shipping Options:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping is available within Canada and the United States.
Missing or damaged shipment: If you do not receive your product or you have received product that has been damaged, please email us at service@boutstix.com and include your order number in the subject line.
The customer is required to return the items back to Boutstix within 30 days of receiving the order, to be eligible for a refund. We will evaluate the condition of the returned item. If it is determined that the item is sellable, the product is returned to our inventory and the customer is eligible for a refund.
If it is determined that the return is unsellable (defective or damaged), and we determine that the damage was caused by the customer, the customer will not receive a refund.
The returned item is classified as unsellable if the product is not in a re-saleable condition. For example: The package has been opened and therefore, unsellable.
